  • As founder, I built a national nonprofit and summit platform centering Queer joy, outdoor leadership, and identity-affirming experiences—now a model replicated across the industry.

  • I lead a network-wide equity strategy across 9 Schools, where I have led learning and development, supported program evolutions, launched Employee Resource Groups and supported the network in managing DEI risk during turbulent political and cultural moments.

  • From B Corps to land trusts, I’ve helped purpose-driven organizations design inclusive systems, launch ERGs, and align values with impact across internal operations.
